Defend Farmers From 7 Year Jail Terms

New laws proposed by the NSW Government this week would mean a possible seven year jail term for farmers who try to stop coal seam gas mining from destroying groundwater, farmland and public health.

People from all walks of life will gather at NSW Parliament, in Macquarie Street to voice support for farmers protecting their land and water from damaging mining, and call on the Government to make laws to protect the people from mining, not protect mining companies from the people.
