Shipping Returns


Lock the Gate uses Australia Post for shipping world wide. Our default shipping option is standard postage to keep costs down for our customers. If you prefer express post you can select this option at the check out stage of your purchase. 

Orders will be packed and shipped within 7 days unless there is an unforeseen delay in which case we will endeavour to contact you to let you know.

Refunds and Returns

If your product is damaged or incorrectly shipped please email with the details and we will organise for the return and replacement or return and refund of the product. 

If the product isn't suitable, for example if a t-shirt is the wrong size will will happily replace the item for you, please email us and then ship the product, with a self addressed, postage paid envelope or mail bag, to Lock the Gate Alliance, P.O Box 6285 South Lismore NSW 2480.
