Jonathan has now been charged under the Corporations Act for his hoax that exposed ANZ Bank's funding of mining activities that threaten prime agricultural land and the health and survival of Koala populations in the Leard State Forest in NSW.
Jonathan will appear in Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on July 23rd at 9.30am
We are inviting all friends and community members to attend a silent vigil as a gesture of support for Jonathan. We are asking that those wishing to attend dress in a manner appropriate for court.
