Wednesday 2 September 2015 will mark the 100th consecutive week that community members from Sydney, Greater Western Sydney and Gloucester have protested at the headquarters of AGL Energy to say no to coal seam gas.
Since day one the community have been clear in their demands to AGL, stop your dirty and risky coal seam gas operations now and move to a cleaner, renewable energy future.
Come along and celebrate with the community and hear from members of 350.org who will tell us how we can all divest from AGL, while the amazing folks from Get Up! let us know how we can all switch away our electricity provision from AGL.
Hear from community members from Gloucester and Camden who are living near by AGL's gas field, meet the Knitting Nannas Against AGL and the amazing community members who started this historic protest.
Wear yellow and black (to support the knitting nannas) and bring a sign that tells the public to switch away, divest or walk away from AGL.
See you there!
