The Environment Department just rejected the Environmental Authority for the mine, the epic battle for Acland’s land and water is close to victory. But we’re not quite there yet! There are still a couple more hurdles. 

Come along to our Acland Info Night and be a part of History. Join us to celebrate, find out how we have got this far and how together we can get this over the line. 

Hear from Sean Ryan from the Environmental Defenders Office who will explain the findings of the Land Court case. Paul King from Oakey Coal Action Alliance, who will speak about the rich history of the region and campaign. Ellie Smith and Hayley Troupe from Lock the Gate will discuss what's next for the campaign and how you can help stop the mine and protect the region permanently.
