Join Willoughby Coal and Gas Watch as they host a special screening of this award winning film at the Willoughby Uniting Church on Thursday the 26th of October at 6:30 pm.
This epic film, documents the highs and lows of the battle to keep a unique part of Australia gasfield-free.
It is a timely story of a community’s heroic stand and shows how a committed community can overcome industrial might and political short-sightedness. It celebrates the ‘Eureka Stockade’ of our time and chronicles one of the fastest growing social movements we have ever witnessed.
This is a family friendly event, all are welcome. Light refreshments will be provided.
