Bridging the Divide is a city-country communication and support network involving health and social justice issues. We are based in Brisbane with members and friends from all over South East Queensland and Australia.
Our activities include running bus tours for folks in the city to learn about rural life and the impacts of coal and coal seam gas and coordinating scientific research and other information, in response to requests for assistance from rural friends and colleagues.
We will be visiting Kogan, Conabri, Tara, Cameby, Miles, Wandoan
An opportunity to see for yourself what is really going on in the areas affected by CSG and coal mining. To talk to people, to see and hear for yourselves what communities and individuals are experiencing, have experienced and how they are being affected.
