The Planning Commission is due to make a final decision on the Bylong coal mine any day now.
It’s never been more urgent to bring everything we’ve got - our love of the beautiful Bylong Valley, our support for local farmers - to their office and urge them to make the right decision.
Bylong farmer Phill Kennedy will be there, and he can’t do this alone. He needs you with him.
The Bylong coal mine will destroy a magnificent heritage valley - a unique restorative agriculture system adjoining the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, with concerns raised just last week by the World Heritage Committee about the cumulative impacts of mining.
Please bring your voice, your determination and your love of Bylong. See you there.
