We’re gearing up for some action at Clayfield MP Tim Nicholls’ office and McConnel MP Grace Grace’s office on Thursday 23rd of May to tell the LNP and Labor it’s time to protect farmland from gas fields.
Queensland’s precious farmland and water resources are under serious threat from gas extraction and fossil fuel expansion, and we need to make sure all parties commit to keeping our food bowls gas field free this coming state election.
We’ll be taking this message directly to Tim Nicholls and Grace Grace, by visiting their offices with some fun and eye-catching props and placards. Will you be part of this creative action letting senior members of the ALP and LNP know just how important our food bowls are to Queenslanders and why they must be protected from fossil fuel extraction?
Now’s the time to make sure our elected representatives understand that we won’t accept threats to our precious farmland and water, so please join us on the 23rd of May to make this action one that Tim won’t forget.
