Lock the Gate is forming a new group, the Friends of Cecil Plains, to support farmers on the Darling Downs opposing coal seam gas. The first meeting of the group is 5.30pm Monday 21st July at the Irish Club. The first task will be meeting with Members of Parliament in Toowoomba but we’ll also be discussing other on ground support needed in Cecil Plains and beyond.
