Macarthur Environment Action Alliance Meeting

This Thursday 11th April at 6 pm a meeting will be held in the Dining Room at Ingleburn RSL to discuss the establishment of the Macarthur Environment Action Alliance.

This group arose from a number of already existing groups such as Rivers SOS and CSG Free Ingleburn who wish to work together with others to raise awareness about irresponsible coal and gas mining in our region.

We believe a united approach is needed to standing up to coal seam gas and long wall mining companies who are damaging our local environment. 

Federal MP Laurie Ferguson, State MP Bryan Doyle and Jeremy Buckingham MLC have also been invited to be in attendance to answer community questions regarding the protection of our local environment.

All local groups are encouraged to send members along. All are welcome.
