Santos continues to push ahead towards their proposed Narrabri Gas project and has now pegged a gas pipeline route from Narrabri to Newcastle that would devastate the environment, rip up farmland and lay the groundwork to pillage the Pilliga.
That’s why we’re inviting you to ‘Picket the Pipeline’ on Oct 12 & 13 to join in solidarity with Gomeroi Traditional Owners, union members and impacted landholders fighting against Santos’ Queensland Hunter Gas pipeline.

SATURDAY 12th October
8.30am - Narrabri: Meet at Collins Park in Narrabri for a short rally and march to Santos
main office before a convoy to Gunnedah.
12.30pm - Gunnedah: Community information session, Wolseley Park. Convoy to Scone.
6.00pm - Scone: Community information session at the Royal Hotel, Kelly Street. The Scone stop coincides with Scone’s ‘street party of the year’ - Catch Australian Idol winner Damien Leith and multi-award-winning singer-songwriter Ben Lee live on stage!
SUNDAY 13th October
10.00am - Singleton: meet at Townhead Park for a roadside rally and community information session before convoy to Newcastle.
1.00pm - Newcastle: Newcastle Civic Park Rally to close off the convoy!
It’s time to stand with Gomeroi people, together with the union movement, impacted landholders and concerned citizens.
