A: Dear Ms Bowman, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of my children (the next generation); for displaying such incredible strength and resilience against the powers who put money and industrialisation before the safety and well-being of the only planet we have to call home. I fear that others like yourself are in short supply and can only hope that your brave resilience is sufficient to give others the courage to act and resist in a similar fashion. I also can only hope that your next generation possesses the same strength and resilience as yourself, so that the land you have protected today is not threatened by the lure of fortune tomorrow. Once again, I congratulate you, I admire you and thank you. May you be a beacon of strength and determination to others in your previous position.

A: Dearest Wendy I have just listened to your heartfelt and knowledgeable speech. CONGRATULATIONS & THANK YOU for your all your efforts and time that you have given to a cause that is truly worth fighting for – Mother Nature & her life giving gifts to us. For the first time in my life I went door knocking around my area along with other communites which resulted in a 98% vote against coal seam gas mining. There is only people power against the hungry greed of these mindless companies.. My greatest hope is we can stop this madness and mother earth can heal from our disrespect and damage and the children have a future to hope for.. Thank you again for all that you do.

You have inspired me to get back in the game and continue the important work of saving our previous environment.
