Citizens of NSW are already living with the devastating effects of the climate crisis, in the form of fires, floods and heatwaves that threaten our families and communities.
But coal companies have plans for more than 17 new coal mine expansions in NSW.
These expansions would pour fuel on the climate fire - producing lifecycle greenhouse gases 17 TIMES as big as our state’s current annual emissions!
The NSW Government must stop approving coal expansions if NSW is to avoid worsening climate impacts.
