During August, we are holding a “Ballot Blitz” as people across New South Wales cast their ballots in the People’s Referendum on Coal and Gas.
We’re aiming to have 20,000 people cast their ballot to protect land and water from coal and CSG mining this year, and we need you to help us get there.
Join our ballot blitz and collect 100 ballots from friends, family and neighbours.
RSVP below to let us know you're in, and we’ll be in touch with all the info you need to be part of the Ballot Blitz.
There will be Lock the Gate prize packs for the 20 people that collect the most ballots by the 31st August, and a grand prize of a three night stay in a self-contained, mud-brick cabin the Warrumbungle Mountains (max four people).
(Note: Lock the Gate staff and contractors aren't eligible for prizes. We will use our best endeavours to accurately count and attribute all votes, but the awarding of prizes will ultimately rest with Lock the Gate Alliance.)
