This morning the Queensland government released the paper - but now the real fight begins. The consultation paper includes three options for protecting the Channel Country: two good options but one that would allow untrammelled gas expansion.
We know that the gas industry will be pushing hard against any protections, and spruiking their fracking plans. We need to show real community support for protecting the Channel Country - from Windorah to Windsor.
